I thought it might have been overlooked because it didn't have a catchy title.

I thought it to be a pretty neat deck, made from cards that are probably just sitting around collecting dust.

What do You think of it?

Because the idea is to make a descent deck out of useless cards. :)

Where'd you find it?

Probably to update it, maybe add Whim of Volrath... experiment with other creatures besides the Phantom Monsters and Rocs...

I think I found that one at Wizards. I thought casual players would be interested in it.
