That was a good one.... I thought you had me early, but the flying, lifelink, artifacts are tough to handle.

I listed all the other decks on google docs if you want to try another (see the Game? thread I started)

I'll play the Jund deck.

Yep, lifelink was making it very hard and then you put out Sharding Sphinx and I've not got that many ways to deal with flyers.In fact now I've looked at the list, there's only 2 Shocks, a Flameblast Dragon and a Resounding Thunder to knock flyers out!


I think I'll try the Bant deck for the next game.

I've played with and against a few Bant decks recently and they can get going so quickly because it only takes one creature to do all that damage. They can get up so much board position so easily.

9 flying? How'd you get that? The griffin would only be a 4/4 if I attacked as I have to attack alone to get the pump. It's true you were about to bit the dust though if you didn't grab some removal quickly

Can try another set if you'd like? How far back do theme decks go or would you like to try another Shards game?

Sorry, I missed the eye is a non-flyer
Still .... I didn't have any good defenses against flying.

Any theme decks are fine, just have to find the deck lists.
