When ~ comes into play, choose a basic land type. Lands of the chosen type gain Phasing.
Mirage Rare
(this is the closest I could come up with)

This works in 3 ways:
1. It punishes mono-colored players. In casual, these are more prevalent.
2. It punishes rich players whose decks are loaded with dual-lands.
3. It combos with Blood Moon, but may give you trouble since you'd have to splash red for it.

I've worked wonders with this card.
Any thoughts?

use quicksilver fountain/power conduit and phase out islands? note to self dont use islands. use other things like remote isle or artifact mana

You can easily run Undiscovered Paradise for mana integration - or Volcanic Islands, etc...

shimmer + Sands of time = no lands coming back! bye bye...unless of course they errataed sands of time.

Nope, Sands of Time causes the untap step to be skipped still...

Sands of Time also stops the shimmer...

it sure does...but chances are you drop the sands after half the guys lands are gone...and then you can slowly phase out the remaining lands with instants...wooo hoo..

So now you'd have to recycle the phasing instants you use - isn't Soldevi Digger/Recall a great thing to have is you play Blue...
