I need to know what "scroll rack my hand" means... I don't have the card and haven't seen it used in ages...

OK, I looked up the card and I guess I know what it means... In response to your Scroll Rack activation, I'll recoil your Tarmgoyf back to your hand and you can discard a card - then do your Scroll Rack (same # of cards, but one from your hand is going to the GY).
