Maybe it's just me.... but I count 61 cards in the second deck... 22 lands and 39 spells...

at first I was thinking it would dominate the game... but this is almost like some bizarre Draft... and I'm not sure the UB deck works as well... I just thought of a theme for the next deck... an all-rare highlander deck (every card must be rare and unique... Including lands) we could pit it against an all uncommon highlander deck (not counting basic lands since I think there are much fewer mana options in Uncommon lands)

I meant to mention the corrected card count... I think I only counted one Undermine when I went through before I added the second to last card...
