(No order)

Mind's Desire (Type 1 restricted in advance. Stupid if you get multiples in your Mind's Desire piles.)
Undead Warchief (Affects you only and just one makes even the worst zombies incredible. Ex. Dripping Dead= 3BB: 6/2)
Daru Warchief (See UW)
Decree of Pain (Uncounterable insta-fest or extreme card advantage. Sweet.)
Decree of Annihilation (Instant-speed, uncounterable Armageddon or absurdly powerful omni-nuker. Either is worth its cost.)
Upwelling (..Especially if an X, or a Naturalize is nearby.)
Call to the Grave (Personal Abyss gives Zombie decks bliss.)
Stifle (Aww, yeah. No cycling/comes-into-play effects for YOU, young man.)
Sliver Overlord (5 for a 7/7, even if 5 colors, is zesty sauce)
Eternal Dragon (Cycle, Revive, Cycle, Revive...)

Actually, I forgot all about Call to the Grave and Eternal Dragon. I forgot they were even in there. My Bad, and the list is remade.

Sideboard Superstar: Stabilizer (Slide deserves to be savagely opposed.)

Worst Card: Metamorphose (You take out one permanent, they put out an even better one. Pass.)

I think Eternal Dragon belongs to top 10.

Other good cards are probably Decree of Justice, Wirewood Symbiote, Wing Shards, Mischievous Quanar, Call to the Grave Dawn Elemental, Krosan & Goblin Warchief, Putrid Raptor, Carrion Feeder and Unburden.

The worst cards in the top 10 are IMO Upwelling (cute but not good, probably worse than Grip of Chaos ;) ) and Sliver Overlord I think.

I wasn't impressed w/ Sliver Overlord until I plugged him into an already existing Sliver deck.

The best thing is that you can play single copies of all the "sliver bullet" slivers, letting you just go get what you want depending on the situation.

With all the cards that change creature types, you could use him to steal everything your opponent has.

Not a bad deal!

I'd like to vote for that stupid cleric that makes morph cost two more to be on the worst list, with some of the storm cards as being on the best. (brain freeze/tendrils, etc.)

Dawn elemental's also rather good

Inquest's Top 10

10. Forgotten Ancient
9. Sulfuric Vortex
8. Decree of Justice
7. Soul Collector
6. Carrion Feeder
5. Call to the Grave
4. Dawn Elemental
3. Silver Knight
2. Putrid Raptor
1. Goblin Warchief

I don't know who was further off the mark.

Mind's Desire (Type 1 restricted in advance. Stupid if you get multiples in your Mind's Desire piles.) 1 star.

Upwelling (..Especially if an X, or a Naturalize is nearby.)

Undead Warchief (Affects you only and just one makes even the worst zombies incredible. Ex. Dripping Dead= 3BB: 6/2)

Daru Warchief (See UW)

Decree of Pain (Uncounterable insta-fest or extreme card advantage. Sweet.)
I think this was rated 1 star by inquest as well.

Decree of Annihilation (Instant-speed, uncounterable Armageddon or absurdly powerful omni-nuker. Either is worth its cost.)
1 star.

Call to the Grave (Personal Abyss gives Zombie decks bliss.)
The only hit I made.

Stifle (Aww, yeah. No cycling/comes-into-play effects for YOU, young man.)

Sliver Overlord (5 for a 7/7, even if 5 colors, is zesty sauce)

Eternal Dragon (Cycle, Revive, Cycle, Revive...)

If either Mind's Desire, Upwelling or Decree of the Big Red Button are the worst card, Inquest has just lost a customer for life.

My goodness, that demoralized me.

Look, people have already raised the topic of Inquest being an unreliable and shotty information source in regards to magic. People have also asked why, considering this, Wizards is so quick to back them.

I'm sorry to say this people, but Hasboro (and it's parent conglomerate if applicable) most likely owns the company that publishes Inquest somewhere down the marketing line.

If Wizards doesn't want people playing super-combos, like the advanced players are all so fond of doing, they will most likely try and make the good cards look bad in the public view. Inquest will promote the cards Wizards wants them to promote, and all will be happy and good in the end. ...right.

I was referring to an article or post I had read earlier on the site also complaining about inquest

So you're saying that you don't or know of anyone who knows for sure that WOTC backs Inquest, correct?

Hearsay really. The comments I was referring to had stated numerous times that wizards had point to inquest as a viable source of information. I can't remember which article it was though, sorry. In short, my post was mainly a response of speculation based off of someone else's information whether it be true or not.

This is a fair top 10, I don't agree with everything but there isn't anything glaring.

1 star.
1 star for each? Sometimes the boys at Inquest can be such mental midgets. How is it humanly possible that someone would think an instant infest at 3BB that is insanely hard to counter with an uber-powerful second ability is 1 star? And an instant Armageddon, 7 mana or not, is still an instant Armageddon.

Sorry. DoP got 4 stars. It was another nearby card and the guy who said 1 star messed it up. DoA and Desire still got 1.

On Misetings, we compiled our own top 10. Look for Scourge's Ten FUnkiest: A Misetings Initiative.
