Hello. I guess I'd like to join, but I was wondering something. What exactly are we hoping to accomplish with this site? Is it just going to be another ranting opportunity? Or is WotC actually going to pay attention to what we have to say and act on it? I sure do hope so.

Well, in theory, the CPA is meant to be a mass forum for casual players to use a loudspeaker pointed straight at WotC and the DCI. The idea is that if enough of us scream loud enough, someone will get there ears hurt and take notice.
