This really isn't a suggestion, more of a question. On a person profile, what are the Referrals for? Are they for trading?

I believe so, and I would like to know how to give people referrals.

Referrals are like if you tell some one about the CPA and they decide to sign-up there is a place that asks for the name of the person who refered you to the site. The number is the number of people that said you refered them to the CPA.
