just a suggestion, but what if you could have something like this for the references

Then you can have a link to the references that those people have, and you can see the refs that the person has, and what they gave them for a rating, like 1-5, 1 being the best, and 5 the worst, or 1-10, 10 being the best. Spiderman email me or something about this, becuase I think it is a good Idea...

whiteknight11: I'm not the webmaster so I can't make it happen, but it's not a bad idea now that I know what you're talking about. Probably it should go in the Profile or something though.
