The idea of this deck is to attain a state I like to call 'Massive Superiority'. Warning : This deck is a derivative of another deck, which has only been tested against completely horrible decks, and therefore may itself be a completely horrible deck, and this deck is the watered down type two version of that deck. And the sideboard is random.

Tectonic Break.
Being 7-3 ahead on land is nowhere near as good as being 3-0 ahead.

And you`ve got so much aimed at LD that you need your creatures to be capable of clearing up the stuff your opponent has cast. Flowstone Overseer is my first choice. If you don`t use Tec Break too much then a couple of Flagships might be good, it`s another option anyway...

-2 Restock
+2 Tectonic Break

-4 Skizzik
-1 Natural Affinity
+3 Flowstone Overseer
+2 Jolrael, Empress Of Beasts

-2 Pillage
+2 Desert Twister

-4 Harrow
+4 Skyshroud Claim

Some non-basic lands would also be funky. Namely, Karplusan Forest and Shivan Oasis. Oh, and let's not forget Dust Bowl. Until then, you can't follow Gizmo's suggestion to run 4 Claims. You'll need the Harrows to ensure enough mountains. Once you get the duals, then Claims will suit this deck fine. ;)

I agree. Strongly. The claims are great. How about the 4/4's that draw out forests? Silverglade elementals

Unfortunately, this deck is so weird, I can't tell how it will work except by testing it.

Alright. Taking everything everyone said into consideration :

I also added a Meteor Storm. Meteor Storm and Mercadian Atlas is a combo, and Meteor Storm is good. I took out the Natural Affinity, because Jolrael does that, and I can Restock Jolrael if I have to.

So I have :

Land - 21
2 Dust Bowl
5 Mountains
4 Shivan Oasis
6 Forests
4 Karplusan Forest

Mana UP! - 12 (33)
4 Vine Trellis
4 Rampant Growth
2 Skyshroud Claim
1 Harrow (b/c of limited number of Forests, I cannot justify 4 claims.)
1 Silverglade Elemental

Powerful Stuff - 14 (47)
2 Restock
3 Flowstone Overseer
2 Jolrael, Empress of Beasts
3 Flowstone Slide
2 Mercadian Atlas
1 Meteor Storm
1 Hammer of Bogardan

Mana DOWN! - 13 (60)
2 Desert Twister
2 Pillage
4 Creeping Mold
3 Frenzied Tilling
2 Tectonic Break
