Um, I believe it's called Ponza by just about everybody. There's a thread around here somewhere that describes it in some extensive detail. Try looking under the Tangle Wire thread I think.

Here's a deck that I've been working on for the MBC qualifiers coming up in a few months

4 Seal of Fire
3 Kris Mage
3 Squee, Goblin Nabob
2 Arc Mage
4 Stone Rain
4 Heart of Ramos
4 Seismic Mage
4 Tectonic Break
4 Flowstone Overseer
3 Flowstone Slide
2 Predator, Flagship
4 Rishadan Port
2 Dust Bowl
17 Mountian

Yes, it's rare-intensive, but it is a start

Galtwish: Are 3 flowstone slides really needed? I like your deck by the way.

I'm back and ready to rumble. Ponza is a big-ol honkin red deck, usually based on wildfire and big creautres, I prefer the earthquake red personaly, with land destruction as purely an afterthought.

Flowstone Slides take out River Boa, Mother of Ruins, Masticore, and pro-red stuff. Plus, they are block constructed. Additionally, this sort of deck can take a beating before it gets control, so taking no damage from the Slide is occasionally preferrable to taking damage fdrom the Quakes.
