Seriously though, I think you guys are forgetting something. Weekends at the CPA tend to be slower, as our members tend to have interests that take them away from the place when they have extended amounts of free time, and Christmas time, and Christmas Vacation, tend to have the same effect but for a 2-week period instead.
And we've got all these brand new toys to play with besides...
It's a natural lull we have every year... And, to paraphrase Spiderman, complaining about a lack of Magic talk is not the answer - initiating Magic talk is, so if you've got something to say then SAY IT! SAY IT!

I like blue cards.
Blue cards are not good in Onslaught.
I hope blue cards will be better in Legions, but I am not counting on it.
Please let's let WotC know that blue needs better stuff.

But seriously, I think it goes beyond weekends which I know is a slow time in general (especially since I'm one of those who isn't on ).
I've said it before: if you set your Last Post settings to Last 10 Days, most of the Magic forums will only show you one page of threads and you don't even have to scroll down. And this is General and Decks, two of the most active. Most of the others, specialized as they are, don't even have recent posts.
I have to say that for the most part, the people who raised an outcry against turning this site to general gaming have not been posting about Magic themselves, at least consistently.
But also like I said before, I'll follow the group wherever it goes...
