Power
3 Rites of Initiation
1 Firebrand Ranger
4 Ceta Disciple
4 Wild Mongrel
1 Fires of Yavimaya
1 Fiery Temper
1 Aquamoeba
1 Krosan Restorer
2 Seeker of Skybreak
1 Puppeteer
(The above three maximize the Ceta Disciple's utility.)

Card Drawing
2 Deep Analysis
2 Inspiration (Until I can find 2 more Deep Anal)
1 Quiet Spec (See above)
1 Symbiotic Deployment (Perhaps the most underrated card in Type 2 today)
2 Keep Watch
1 Ceta Sanctuary
1 Whirlpool Warrior (In case of bad hand, break glass. Also a maindeck answer to Wishes.)

Evasion
3 Demoralize
1 Order/Chaos
1 Cephalid Inkshrouder
1 Phantom Warrior
1 Wormfang Drake
1 Goblin War Drums
1 Familiar Ground

SB:

vs. specific pain-in-the-butt weenies (Safekeeper, Lavamancer)
3 Blazing Salvo

vs. Birds and Weenie swarms
2 Simoon
1 Nature's Revolt

v. Psychatog
2 Chamber of Manipulation
1 Sudden Impact (Upheaval usually follows victory condition)

v. Solitary Confinement
1 Flaring Pain
2 Tranquility

v. Air Forces
3 Pincer Spider

Any suggestions? This isn't Final Fires remade. Most attention is paid to the Rites.

The deck looks like it would work well, a few things I would play would be:

Careful study over Inspiration - less to cast, the target of inspiration could also be changed, and you can sift into your deck sooner...

Archivist over Ceta Sanctuary - you don't have to discard, he's another creature, and not based on having permanents.

Centaur Rootcaster over Firebrand Ranger - bigger attacking creature and if you make him unblockable he gets land out of your deck - making it more likely for you to draw spells, not lands.

Another Inkshrouder for Phantom Warrior - A Vengeful Dreams cold get your creatures even though they can't be blocked, but couldn't get inkshrouders because they couldn't be targeted.

Another Demoralize in place of War Drums - Demoralize isn't a permanent and more than likely when you demoralize your going in for the kill. It's also cheaper.

For your sideboard instead of salvos try running 2 more simoons - these get rid of the safekeepers and lavamancers.. And in place of the last salvo and sudden impact... maybe 2 epicenter - tog can't upheaval if they don't have mana.
