Yeah, RKF is sorely missed. I miss the foglios too.

We should petition WotC with an "Official" CPA complaint.

Our demands:

1- Richard Kane-Ferguson's safe return.
2- Phil and Kaja Foglio's safe returns.
3- Foil Stasis promo, original art.

If we were to petition Wizco, I wouldn't mention specific artists. Rather, I would talk about art that isn't storyline-driven, is more original, and doesn't feature the same characters. Rather, encourage creativity (here we mention Stasis). Let the artists decide what the card should look like; if it looks like an assignment, it's a failure.

Just because the new art doesn't look different, doesn't mean it sucks. I also love RKF's, Melissa Benson's and others work, but imo nobody can approach the pure genius that is John Avon. Woooo!!!!

This thread seemed to have drifted after coming out of hiatus...

Well, I didn't quite like those "jaggedy edges" of Richard Kane, but I liked the Folios. So that's a nay for the former and a yay for the latter
