Question about these card sleeves

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have any experience with the following two products.

Could anyone describe to me the difference between these two (besides price and availability)? I did a google search and saw a lot of people recommending the matte but have found little to no mention of the other product.

I don't have experience with the matte sleeves, but I would guess that the only difference is the way the backs are painted. The standard sleeves will have a glossy finish, so light will reflect off them pretty well and they might also have a smoother texture. The matte finish will be sort of dull. Not sure how else to describe it.
