Here's the decklist I'm currently using :

Land
4 Terminal Moraine
7 Forest
4 Plains
3 Mountain
2 Island
1 Swamp

Artifacts
2 Draco
2 Phyrexian Lens

Blue
2 Fact or Fiction

Red
3 Flametongue Kavu

White
2 Rout
1 Global Ruin
3 Pure Reflection

Green
4 Quirion Elves
2 Quirion Trailblazer
2 Harrow
1 Kavu Chameleon

Gold
2 Fires of Yavimaya
1 Crosis, the Purger
3 Eladamri's Call
1 Artifact Mutation
2 Shivan Wurm
2 Fleetfoot Panther

Split
2 Wax/Wane

Those are the cards I play now, but I know it could be improved. Any thoughts on what I should add in or swap out?

Generally, the mana works itself out by the third-fourth turn, and then you have the ability to play anything in your hand. But, sometimes it stalls midgame, drawing mana acceleration and diversification that is now useless.

I'm a little slow, so perhaps a little more info. could help:
What is the deck supposed to do?
What does Pure Reflection do?

Pure Reflection 2W
Enchantment
Whenever a player plays a creature spell, destroy all Reflections. Then that player puts a white Reflection token into play with Power and Toughness equal to the casting cost of the creature spell.

With Fleetfoot Panther, Fires of Yavimaya, or Draco, it rocks. Fleetfoot Panther now gets a 3/3 token and returns to your hand, as well as removing the "they get a token sometimes" penalty.

Also, I have a ruling that Pure Reflection tokens cannot be prevented by countering the spell, and most players may not realize that, so it's another boost vs. counterspell decks.

Generally, if the deck survives early game, it wins, except vs. countermagic. And Kavu Chameleon in SB would help there.

I have played this against B/R aggro, Rebels, and Fires. B/R just beat me, but I beat Rebels, and gave Fires a good game.

The following deck is based on yours, with some streamlining. I don't know how effective it is:

4 Utopia Tree
3 Pure Reflection
3 Fleetfoot Panther
2 Questing Phelddagrif
4 Quirion Trailblazer
1 Treva the Renewer
1 Draco

2 Eladamri's Call
4 Worldly Counsel
4 Harrow
3 Collective Restraint
3 Global Ruin

2 Swamp
2 Mountain
3 Terminal Moraine
3 Island
6 Plains
9 Forest

If there is too much land manipulation, reduce the Trailblazer and Terminal Moraine and increase the Collective Restraint and Global Ruin.

Happy Gaming!

Although this deck usually crushes control, I found that Turbo Chant decks can just crush me. There aren't any relevant instants I can use.

Any ideas on what to do about this?

I think that rather than trying to juggle all 5 colours, a more focused W/G/R approach might be better: that way, you get sterling grove which either keeps the pure reflection down (would be a shame to have the key card of the deck dismantled every time it hit the board) and can also act as a tutor effect to get either reflection or fires (which i think is a must to ensure that the tokens acually hit someone rather than get killed when the opponent plays a critter in their turn)

Continuing the tutoring theme, run eladamri's call to fetch the relevent threat or go for the draco. How about running artifact mutation to further capitalize on his formidable casting cost? It'll get around the problem of having to pay the upkeep with only 3 colours- simply blow it up and charge with your horde...

Also another little combo you could put in would be the giant that lets an opponent get a land(3R, 4/4) and Avatar of Fury...

Good Call, Lotus Mox, although I was mostly asking because the degree to which I was smashed was humiliating. The Chant lock owns me.

Anyway, here is a W/G/R/b version...I don't think the black splash hurts that much. No Draco here, but it is definetely a control deck, searching out the right answer for any dilemma. I liked the Sterling Grove idea, but may have missed some other key enchantments that could be fun to use.

Diabolic Intent is worth a shot. You have Tokens in the deck which the life expectancy of Mayflies, abuse them.

Cool deck btw, I love the strange combo-beatdown decks that show up during block construction. Pure Reflection is going into my Legends/Portal deck.
