Yeah, the whle point of that song is to make kareoke people look like the idiots they are.

I went on a trip to ashland with a group of actors, andin the middle of it, all 15 of use startedsinging "One week" and nobody messed up. It was a freaky experience, because the song is so tough to do.

Spiderman:I just copied/pasted them off some lyrics site, I litened to the song while reading the lyrics and they seemed to be right.(there was a few words that could have been wrong though)
Why do you ask?

I think those are the lyrics, though REM claimed to change them occasionally.

Darsh: No special reason, just that I've been listening to the song for 9 years now and trying to figure out the lyrics and some of what I came up with doesn't match what you posted so I was wondering if those were the real lyrics from an "official" site or what someone else thought they were.

Little things, like "airplanes" instead of "aeroplanes",

"fitter fight" instead of "fear fight" (I never got that either but it sounds like a 't' sound there)

"representing" instead of "represent the"

"Lester wasn't coming" instead of "left of west and coming"

Etc, etc...
