On ebay, there's a couple buy-it-nows that are set to $50, but they have low shipping rates..

So 40 bucks sounds okay, but if you're selling you could probably get 45. (and if you bought it for 40, you've made a good deal)

Sounds a bit high to me. I mean, from a collector perspective, who is making a collection, sure I could see it.
If a shop, friend, etc is selling it to you, cash, then I'd think twice.

The Dark Rituals are in horrible condition (i don't get that people would pay 17 bucks for them) and the pins.. well, that actually up to you!
