I would drop one Narcisism. Beyond the first, they just aren't that hot, and you almost NEVER want two in your opening hand.

I don't really think so, you can always discard one to the other, so it's not such a big deal to draw multiples.

If you really want to have a Narcissism on board in the early game, use 4.
