just out of curiosity, what deck type do you think will dominate the tournaments after Urza's leaves and Invasion rolls in?

Judging from all the deck archetypes posted here ... predominant deck types will have either a black or green base, seasoned with whatever color the player prefers.

On a side note ... this thread really belongs over at the Voting section, Ransac dearie...

hmmmm well we all know its going to be a multicoloured deck, I would say b/r for pyre zombie, cauldron dance, and tsabo tavoc three very playable cards in Invasion

...on building a B/U control deck. I'm having a hard time, but I'll make it.

B/R will be very popular, with all those nasty Gold cards they got.

B/U is my favorite: mindgaming the opponent until the last turn of the game, how fun...

I think B is going to be popular this year. I could see it teaming up with any of the colors to make a very nasty combo.

I kind of sad that Black, by itself won't have a chance at it though...

I hear ya Duke, I'm also trying to build a B/U control and a B/U agressive/discard.
Most colors by themselves won't stand a chance during Invasion, with the possible exception to Rebels.
