Mass damage/defense (Spirit Link & Sky Weaver's ability optional):

-Isochron Scepter (with Vision Charm imprinted) + Stern Judge
-Isochron Scepter (with Spectral Shift imprinted) + Stern Judge
-Vision Charm + Crusading Knight

-Spectral Shift + Stern Judge
-Spectral Shift + Crusading Knight

Counter/defense:

-Tidal Visionary + Obsidian Acolyte
-Vodalian Mystic + Obsidian Acolyte
-Vodalian Mystic + Jaded Response
-Vodalian Mystic + Isochron Scepter (with Jaded Response imprinted)

The strategy is to use the opponent's land type and color to my advantage. I try to have many ways of achieving the same thing, thus the redundancy with the combos. Also, I'm on a budget, so more expensive cards are out of the question. However, I'm open for suggestions on how to improve it. Thanks in advanced for your replies.

EDIT: Just saw that it didn't have any defense against artifacts and enchantments aside from the counters, so removed the Seasingers for Disenchants.

these are always a little strange so its hard to tell how it'd play.
If you're going to run the hack/change route
at LEAST run shyft with the new rav change to all color one for a quick win.

Where are you in the "tuning" of this deck? Is this your final product or is this your rough draft of this deck?

Have you played similar decks like this before and if so How've they worked for you?

What are your friends playing and is this deck a result of your "Meta-Game" environment?

Last, are these colors "fun" for you to play?

Also, Welcome to the CPA. I hope you can stay for a while :)

Nah, just a rough draft...

I've played the Vision Charm/Stern Judge and the Tidal Visionary/Obsidian Acolyte combos, and found that the opponents find it very annoying.

I haven't played in awhile, but last I remember, they were all nuthugging the artifact-only decks, but after cancelling each other out, started returning to their preferred colors. White is the less played, which can help me when I try to change their non-swamp land types into swamps to pump my creatures and damage them.

It's really fun cause they wouldn't expect red-type tactics (mass damage), from a WU deck; plus I like the color hosing thing.

Thanks a lot. I'm always thinking of things to create a new deck; I want to recreate a G/U "Bounce & Stomp" deck that I have lying around, so I might need your help one of these days.

I have considered this kind of deck too, but could never decide if u/w or u/b would be best, so I never made it. Some ideas you might find useful:

Distorting Lens
2, Artifact
{T}: Target permanent becomes the color of your choice until end of turn.

Shifting Sky
2U (3), Enchantment
As Shifting Sky comes into play, choose a color.
All nonland permanents are the chosen color.

Whim of Volrath
U (1), Instant
Buyback {2} (You may pay {2} in addition to any other costs as you play this spell. If you do, put Whim of Volrath into your hand instead of your graveyard as part of its resolution.)
Change the text of target permanent by replacing all instances of one color word or basic land type with another until end of turn. (For example, you may change "nonred creature" to "nongreen creature" or "plainswalk" to "swampwalk.")

White could also play northern paladin, light of day, karma, conversion, circles and stuff like that. Black could play perish, western (?) paladin, execute and dystopia.

Distorting Lens is an interesting addition, I'm gonna give it some thought, thanks.
