Plains, Tithe or Land Tax?

I´ve been building a mono white en-kor deck. Many of the spells are a little costly (4-5 mana), so it is important, that the mana base is ok. The format is type 1.5. Is Tithe ok in mono white? Or should I play more land taxes instead? Or 2 extra plains? maybe use diamonds? 4 or 5 mana is important, but 2 white in turn 2 is also nice.

this is the deck:

2 shield sphere (O)
4 nomads en-kor (W)
4 warrior en kor (WW)
2 wall of essence (W1)
4 spirit en-kor (W3)
2 cho manno, revolutionary (WW2)
1 lancers en-kor (WW3)
1 personal incarnation (WWW3)

2 cho-mannos blessing (WW)
2 seal of cleansing (W1)
4 pariah (W2)
1 story circle (WW1)
1 worship (W3)
1 skull of orm (3)

1 kor chant (W2)
3 wave of reckoning (W4)

1 land tax (W)
2 tithe (W)
17 plains
1 kor haven
2 ancient tomb
2 crystal vein

Hope someone can help me.

I'm no expert, but 22 land is already pretty good, I think. If it's necessary to have 2 lands on turn 2, I'd keep with the Tithes, since you can't activate the Land Tax (usually) if your opponent also drops a land on Turn 1.

Land Tax is good for thinning your deck and perhaps getting discard fodder. If you have those needs, then keep it in. Otherwise, you might not need it (it works well with Armageddon though).

Tax has more uses. Repeated uses. Works great against land destruction strategies. Thins the deck.

Change the Crystal Veins to Plains. You don't need fast mana that badly, and Land Taxes will prevent a low land draw.

Do you have Swords to Plowshares? Any white deck that can put in the Swords, SHOULD put in the Swords.

Go with Land Tax, its better than Tithe in a mono-white build.

thanks, I think I will use taxes then. But it has no surprise value, like tithe has. Tithe is always 1 plains, very often 2. Land tax can be 0. Especially when playing against green.
I really like crystal vein. It can save my life with an early wave of reckoning, or an early cho-manno (makes all of my non-wall creatures immune to damage). And it can do tricks with land tax (or tithe).
About the plowshares: Yes, it is good in every white deck. Far to good! Thats why I cant use it! :D And I have several ways to kill creatures: pariah, kor chant, wave, and to some extent kor haven. Story circle and worship also works against creatures, so I think I can do without the plowshares.

By the way, I like the deck - its definitely a cool little off-kilter WW foray.

I hear you about the surprise aspect, but you don't really need any surprise when you are fetching land unless you've got a Horn of Greed or something. Land Tax vs. Tithe doesn't really change your opponents strategy, except to give them a disenchant target - which isn't bad as it takes attention away from your much more dangerous enchantments.

I don't know how important Worship is to you, but that new Reborn Hero (Torment) works very nicely with it, and gets around Wrath of God so you'll always have a creature. Plus his ability works with the overall theme of the deck.

And shield dancer (prophecy) is amazing with the en-kors too - like a one-sided peacekeeper.
