If I had been to Toronto, I would KNOW how ugly Toronto was. I've never been outside of the U.S.

Then you can hardly call it ugly, its actually well known as one of the nicer large cities in the world for its friendliness and clean streets and dedication to the arts.
I've been there twice and its a beutiful city as far as giant metropolis' go.
Much nicer then say...L.A. or New York, or for a Canadian comparison, Halifax or Calgary.

Toronto IS a Beautiful Metro!
As for L.A. (yes, I've been there), after the Santa Anna Winds blow through there and clean out the smog, for the next two or three days it's a picture perfect place hence the nickname; City of Angels.
Halifax? Tell me more about where this place is.

Hey! I live in Toronto! It's not ugly! No seriously, it's pretty nice here compared to some cities that I've seen before. Go Canada!

How could you? I am hurt, I live in calgary, and can assure you that it is much nicer than toronto (No offense Superguy, but it is) not only is there less pollution, less traffic (except now, since that stupid Transit strike, but its not the cities fault) and its got cooler places!!!

Hey! Did you see that smiley in my reply? I know you're kidding! (right?) And ademis, I've never been to Calgary so I can't judge, sop I surely didn't mean to compare it to Toronto.

hehe, sorry ademis, it was me who compared Calgary to Toronto. ^^;
Its not that Calgary is ugly, because it isn't, I just liked Toronto more is all. :)

Heh, the only times I've been to L.A. it was smoggy and gross because I almost felt like I was chewing on air to breath. :)

I have been to Toronto once. During the All Star Game, in fact. The only problems I had with it was the many one-way streets, french fries at Taco-Bell, and lack of trees...
