No. Pandemonium is designed to be the Torment of Red (A dominant color pair in this block). Red will be dominant here, with Blue not being so good. All gold cards will be Red, with two blue/red cards.

Sounds like a great Set...Man, I wish I could find the rest of those "Atonement" cards.
