Mystic Crusader is a mediocre Paladin replacement, that could take the slot of Master Healer, which stinks (sorry), leaving you with the open "P" for Plains.

I thought about it, and the reason I decided against it is b/c every other flip in the deck is a 'controlled' flip, in terms of I pick the quantity and occurance. The Goblin Bomb decides that for you, pretty much forcing me to waste a Bookie reflip when I could have used it for something else, like an Assassin or Scales flip. I could just lose flips, but why waste that card slot.
Even with Bookie, the chances of the Bomb getting up to 5 counters in 7 turns (that's the soonest you can get it to go off by losing only 1 turn's flip) aren't really great.
I own 1 so I'm sure I'll try it for fun, but I seriously doubt I'll ever actually see one blow up. My group is too cut-throat with enchantment destruction for 1 to last long (they'd just wait until it got up to 4 counters). A Chance Encounter I might be able to keep on the table for 2 turns b/c that's all I should need.

I've got to agree with Rando, I think the people who submitted the 3,700 decklists deserve more respect than MaRo gave to them. I'd love to hear his reasoning for a few of the winning decks he selected.

I agree. With the number of submissions, the fact that so many of the selected decks were who they were is not likely. Obviously, someone had to win, but how many of the winners know Mark personally?
