Fastbond + Mishras Factory + Zuran Orb + Enduring Renewal
Enduring Renewal + gravedigger + other creatures with "comes into play" abilities and some sac-thing.
Very old-school: bodyguard + wards

Here's my all time favorite:
Ingredients:
Concordant Crossroads
Enduring Renewal
Icatian Javilineer
Ashnod's Altar
Farrelite Priest
Recipe:
Play Javilineer
CC wipes away summoning sickness, so use ability immediately
Sac to Altar, ER returns Jav to hand
Run 1 colorless mana through Priest, yielding 1 White mana
Recast Jav
Rinse and repeat as necessary.
Careful observers will note that each iteration of this actually yields 2 mana, so the second can be run through Soul Net or Ivory Cup to yield infinite life while dealing infinite damage.
Best served to unsuspecting victims for maximum disbelief.
