Old-school U/W Millstone. Critique, please!

This is pretty much a modified classic build of the Type-whatever Millstone deck.

However, your card interaction can still improve. With Mana Drains providing colorless mana, I wouldn't hesitate to run an additional Fact or Fiction over Merchant Scroll. Of course, it's all a matter of taste.

Then, while it counts as an artifact and allows you to remove key cards, Jester's Cap seems a little off key. I run Traumatize in my own Millstone deck. Evil. Very evil. Considering that 5 mana is a piddly nothing in T1. Try it. You might like it.
