Further to Nightstalkers appeal for decks that are just fun to play, I'm going post up my Ol' Faithful deck...so called as it is a mutation of my very first ever deck...memories...

Here goes:

Fun Things:

2 Giant Growth (* can be 3, see below)
2 Howl From Beyond
4 Lightning Bolt ( A full Foreign language set, Frech, German, Italina and Japanese..)
2 Disintegrate
2 Fireball
1 Fork
1 Regrowth
1 Wheel Of Fortune (Traditionally named Wheel of Fish in the Uk...)

1 Beserk (The key to fun)
1 Channel (Ok, ok. I sideboard another Giant Growth if people really get the hump about it...)


So. It's a Taiga Kird Ape deck. But it's so much fun to use. It used to sport Ball Lightnings, but they ended up in my Sligh deck. So, any thoughts? It's been a while since a rebuild. Fun suggestions only. (And I do like Xira...everyone else hates her...shame.)

Wow, lots of old school cards. I'm thinking there's got to be some substitution with all the sets that have come out since then, but really, the creature mix seems personal to the user's taste and of the other spells, only Howl (and maybe Blood Lust) really stands out as could be replaced with something else. Cool.
