Nickolas L. "Habuki" Warner
SHIVELY - Nickolas L. "Mac" Warner, 20, died at 5:11 p.m. Monday at the St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
Nickolas had been struck by semi while attempting to cross a street. The accident is still under investigation but all clues point to wreckless driving.
The funeral is at 12 p.m. Friday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons. Burial is in the Bethesda Cemetery North.
Surviving are: his children, Megan Eileen Warner, Greenfield and Margaret Louise Warner, Greenfield.
