That might be true.. but then, you could very well be a wolf who is already using sly tricks to make us think he is a villager  !
Actually, in one of the other games I didn't receive a PM and the game started, so I assumed I was a villager. If I wasn't, I was the worst wolf of all time..... :D

Well, I also assume that since a separate thread that actually started the game wasn't done, he did get busy and couldn't log on to give out the roles. But it's good to know I didn't miss anything when I was gone :)

so.... seeing as we're all waiting.... Is it "Roll Call" or "Role Call"?

EB clouds the issue of roll vs role by continuing to make the same homophonic misuse of roll when he means role... but... I'm just curious if it's "roll call" or "role call"... my guess is the former...

And - I suspect he's just been very busy. I got a PM last time as a villager stating I was a villager. I got the impression he was doing the same this time.

Ug...Sorry guys. Too many things blowing up all at once right now.

My 3-year-old daughter fell off her chair last week and split her head a bit. Nothing serious, but we needed to take her in for stitches. Between that and everyone needing everything at the same time from me, I've been a bit busy.

I'll be assigning rolls after I get a chance to catch up on reading. Should be within the hour.

aren't you assigning roles though? :D (too busy to read the rest of the thread I see...)

It's "roll call." A roll is a list of people. I don't know if that's what has caused people to use "roll" when "role" is meant. I think in my case it was just laziness and not looking at the screen while I type.

Thanks.

It only took her about 1/2 hour to "recover". I think she must have a fairly decent pain threshhold. After that, it was just a matter of stitches (actually staples now days) and keeping an eye on it. Mostly, it meant a few extra trips that we weren't planning on taking to doctors.
