Well with 7th rotating in, and 6th taking Recall with it, blue/white Chant looks kaput.
There is a current replacement, Restock, five mana gets you two cards back. And 7th brings us Reclaim, hummmmmmmm.

4 Reclaim...........(even adds a card to your deck size)
4 Howling Mines.....(natch')
4 Tangle............(like a green chant)
4 Wrath of God......(can't beat 'em, blow 'em)

3 Hero's Reunion....(2 mana for 7 life)
2 Millstone.........(you first)
3 Pacifism
1 Shackles
2 Disenchant
4 Brushland 11 Plains 8 Forest
