Question: Won't Rising waters hurt You as far as being able to pump Your Morphling up and down.
If I'm right You would either want to replace the Morphling, or the Rising Waters with something else.
I don't know, just seems to Me like Morphling and Rising waters would'nt work well together.
I could be Totaly Wrong of coarse.

That'll work a lot better I think. I like Sigil of Sleep I'm not sure Why it doesn't see more play.
You could could drop a Morphling, and two Bouncers for My Favorite card Charisma. Can You see it Horseshoe crab enchanted with Hermetic/Charisma (I'll take that,untap, and that, untap, and that... as many time as You have Islands or they run out of critters to take)
You might want to try to fit Alexi's Cloak in to protect Your enchanted creatures.
