I think all of these cards are good, but not great, which is good. My favorite card out of them is Concentration Camp. I can see it being abused.

Fujita is fine.
Ancient Battlegrounds is fine, barely. Pretty strong.
Inland Port's second activation cost should be 2U.
Penhaven Outpost is fine.
Wooden Steed should cost 3.
You're okay.
Crystal Knight should cost 3WW.
Concentration Camp concerns me.
Exterminator is fine.

Istanbul is right on pretty much everything here.

I think the Knight should cost 4W.

The Inland Port scares me a great deal, later in the game, in any deck, that card is just plain awesome.

Dead Pool should come into play tapped.

The Raider needs alot of rewording, and seems really powerful against red, but pretty balanced.

The rest are great! Very nice ideas...

I had a lot of trouble with the wording of Shoreline Elder. I never
could figure out how to word it. Here's the new wording:

Card Title: Shoreline Elder
Color: Gold
Type: Creature-Wizard
Cost: UG
Pow/Tgh: 1/2
Card Text:(Reworded Below)

Shoreline Elder: Consider making the effect only occur if the instant/sorcery targeted Shoreline Elder, just so people don't use it with Wrath for massive advantage. That would be a fragile strategy anyway, but you probably had not intended for that to be a possibility originally (judging from the fact that the first version was based on damage).

Inland Port: Keep in mind that at first this was superior to Inspiration in every way except that it cost a land drop (which is occasionally an issue). At 1U activation it essentially cost 3 mana instead of 4, and before sacrificing it the card could be used as a land, a significant bonus.

The rest of the cards look OK.

Re: Shoreline Elder

Thanks for helping me out with that one. I think your wording
would be a lot better. Here's the new text. Its similiar to what
you have suggested.

Card Text: If Shoreline Elder is the target of a
spell or ability, controlled by an opponent,
remove Shoreline Elder from the game. Then
draw an amount of cards equal to that cards
converted mana cost.

Re: Inland Port
I'll update it to read 2U as you and Istanbul have suggested.

Memory Stone
It can be cc'ed at 3, with an activation cost of 3. Even that might not be playable. Consider the possbility of taking the ac down to 2. Isnt Memory Stone already a card?

Ti-Ru
CC it at U.

Ti-Familiar
4U.

Ominivore
It can be cc'ed at 3. Isnt Omnivore already a card?

September Rain
1BG.

Diabolical Wizardry
This can porbablly cost UB, and doesent really need to be black if you dont want it to be.

I don't think its already a card, but its very similiar to a few. Don't
you think 2 activation cost is to low? Demonic Tutor every turn
you cast a spell.

Ti-Ru
CC it at U.

Ti-Familiar
4U.

I'm going to do a set of these for each color. I might change the
idea around some but my intent is to play a 1/1 that brings out
a 4/4. They are connected so if one leaves play so does the other.
What activated ability should the other colors have?

Ominivore

I don't think its already a card. Does it remind you of something?

September Rain
1BG.

Thats pretty cheap for a slightly weaker version of Vindicate. I
made Sept. Rain an instant so I figured it needs to have a little
higher cc, even though its not as good as Vindicate. 1BG might
be right though????

Your probably right. I was thinking about MP when I wrote it up.
Sometimes my ideas tend to revolve around that format rather
than one on one. Pretty much all the cards on the last couple
of my replies have came from that mind set.

I've been working on a set. I'll probably post the hole set within
a few weeks. Many of the cards 've posted before but some of
them are new. If anyone would like me to use there Legend
card please post it here. I would like permission to change it
a little if need be. I need about 6 more legend cards.

Thanks

The specific names Memory Stone and Ominivore have not been taken, but as to the gist of the cards, I know not.

Memory Stone:
I was thinking of Memory Crystal, a card from exodus. Anyway, your kinda right, you do get to pay 2 for a demonic tutor. But then again, you do need to play the spell too. This card isnt really a clear cut case; its up to the maker. I know it'd be way to weak at 4. 3 might be allright, but it might be bad. I know 2 wouldnt be bad, but I'm not sure if it's overpowered or not. What do you think?

The tu-crazy cards:
Its an interesting Idea, I like it.
I'm not sure about the other activation costs...what I would do is this:
Green: Change color
Red: Trample
White: First strike? Seems kinda plain.
Black: "1: Until end of turn, whenever this creature deals damage to a player, that play chooses and discards a card"

Ominivore:
I just thought it was a llurgof thing from Odys. Oh well.

September Rain:
I agree that it should cost 2BG, espically compared to Creeping Mold. But when you throw a dangerous card like Vindicate into your calculations, it screws up the whole logic-process. I really dont know.

I'd love to see your set Captain Caveman!
