NEED HELP!!!!!! rainbow deck

I have a tourny in 2 days and i found out a week ago. I built a deck and play tested it and it blows. the rules for the tourny are as follows:

-Must be AT LEAST 4 colors
-Must have AT LEAST 4 creatures of every color
-Must have AT LEAST 8 spells of each color (creatures dont count)
-Multi-colored spells/creatures only count as 1 color
-Must have AT LEAST 1 BASIC land of each color (can use duel lands but i dont have any, and they dont count for this anyway)
-NO multi-color protection (i.e. Mother of runes and prismatic ward)
-NO land-walk or land destruction of any kind
-NO non-mana artifacts (only artifacts to produce mana are legal)

Tourny banned cards:

Wrath of god
Alluren
Propaganda
Planer void
Pyromancy
Overgrown Estate
Well wisher (store banned card)

I can't think of any more store banned cards, but a store rule is that players may not gain a life total over 40.

This deck is 75 cards i would prefer if i didn't go over 100 cards. Any help/suggestions would appreciated greatly.

Only 4 creatures of each color but 8 spells?! That's odd. You don't really have a good focused theme, it seems to me. And I see a lot of expensive stuff.

My advise would be to go for some spells that give you creatures too. That way you can at least put some pressure on your opponent.

Some Green spell-creatures (check gatherer for more ideas):
-assault//battery (very cool split card for this tournament, other split cards may be cool too)
-beacon of creation (could work with a lot of green)
-beast attack (could work with a lot of green)
-elephant ambush
-call of the herd (not for the budgetted player)
-roar of the worms (madness?)
-Sosuke’s Summons (4 color snake deck?! )
-centaur glade
-honden of life's web (honden deck?!)

Some White:
-sacred mesa
-mobilization
-raise the alarm

Black:
-zombie infestation

Red:
-Dragon Roost
-Goblin Offensive (they certainly are)

Hmm, green could give you a good creature boost with those 8 spells. I'd advise you to go heavy green and make sure that you run enough color fixers. Birds of paradise is a good card, but you don't get to run that much colors (unless you go for a 100 card pile). Thought about cards like Kodama's Reach?

Going Honden looks cool. If you are going to play Honden, drop black and use the other 4 colors. Expect some opponent to pack them: enchantment kill is probably necessary (aura mutation gives you creatures, mass enchantment removal, like Hush, could gain you some card advantage).

Wow, you could build some nasty combo deck in this format...

I would go for either BWGR Zubera's or GRBU Beasts..

By the way, seeing the restricted list people are going to go for some nasty graveyard recursion combo's. Better pack some Nightsoils or Withered Wretches to prevent that. Is that allowed? If Wrath of God is banned, is Rout okay? If planar void is banned, how about Liability (not the same thing, but both put a dent in a graveyard-recursion combo)

Note #2: Having at least 4 creatures and 8 spells of every color gives you 42 cards. So the deck is going to be at least 72 cards.. Arc Slogger in the Beast deck? Or you could go really crazy and play a 225 card Battle of Wits deck..

I put together such a deck for fun on Apprentice. I didn't throw in any P9 or the like. I think I included too many lands (I had all of the good artifact mana I could come up with, not to mention Elvish Spirit Guide, Dark Ritual, Blood Pet, and Seething Song) although that worked out perfectly for the Mox Diamonds. I goldfished a few times. The first time I ran out of draw spells when I tried to go off, but then my next try was an easy second turn kill and after that it was smooth sailing...

This format is particularly friendly to combo.

Having defined the metagame now , I'd try to run a creature oriented deck and try to hate out all the combo. That means of course being ready for anything: graveyard recursion, storm, enchantments, creature combo's. Luckily no artifact combo's, but opponents with P9 could really accelerate their mana.

Graveyard removal is hard without artifacts, but Krosan Reclamation could be useful. Rule of Law or Arcane Laboratory might be good sideboard material (are there sideboards??).

Thx everyone for all the help. I actually had my information wrong but when i got to the tourny i found out that the creature speels did count toward the 8 spell minimum for the tourny (my buddy was messin with me ). Well i wound up makin a snake deck, mainly bacause i saw sosuke's summons and thought that was a VERY sweet card). any way i wound up placing third in the losers bracket (barely lost the first match to a shadow/hatred deck). made it to the 1/4's and lost to a zubera deck because i got land screwed in the final hand (I hate that). I am not complaining considereing i redid my whole deck in about a 1/2 hour . Well this is what i wound up with for a deck:

didn't do too bad, ,but now i want to get some snake baskets and make a mono green snake deck because i had sooo much fun watching their faces when i have 10 1/1 snake tokens out then i put out Seshiro. or i put out a voracious cobra and get to bring 2 sosuke's summons back to my hand. well thanks again everyone for the help considering the lack of time i think i did alright. By the way i got 2 betrayers boosters for finishing 3rd and pulled a mirror gallery (WOOT 4 SESHIRO'S OUT AT ONCE!!!!).

well that i knew of 2 people played shadows, 1 zubera's, 2 sliver decks, 3 mill decks (should have played black for liability), my snake deck, and a couple people were a misc grouping (kinda like my first deck). The guy that ran the tourny won it though i have no idea what kind of deck he was using. The funny thing is i got beat in the losers bracket by a mill deck, but i wound up winning becuase the other guy didn't put in 1 basic land of each color he was using, so i won by default .
