Need help fleshing out a Might of Oaks deck

I've had this idea of running normal panty waist blue creatures like:

Cephalid Constable
Raven Guild Master

With stuff like Giant Growths and Might of Oaks.

I'd prefer using creatures that abilities rely on the amount of damage done, like Constable.

Got any suggestions guys?

I figure I can give my opponents a catch 22 situation. Either watches my stupid blue critters buff out and smash their creatures’ faces in, or gamble with me returning 8 of their permanents to hand.

Oversoul

The Tentacled One
This is, to me, an awkward idea. If it can be fine-tuned, it would be SO annoying to play against...

There's this creature I really like that might have a purpose here: Saprazzan Heir. If they block it, you get an Ancestral Recall. If they don't, then they risk taking some serious beats when you buff it up...

Edit: but then again, my judgement is probably skewed here. I think I have an unhealthy obsession with Saprazzan Heir...

Ah no way dude! That's a perfect addition to this deck.

Either block, I'll throw out a combat trick kill your creature, AND draw three cards. Or take damage. Nice..

What are other good uses for Might of Oaks and the such?

I was thinking about Mogg Maniac (attack them and when they block pump their blocker) and spikeshot goblin. Any other good creatures in red and green?

Oh and hi, I'm new on the boards :)

Ghitu Fire-Eater is nice as his sac. effect deals damage equal to its power.

Ridgetop Raptor is nice too. If unblocked and Mighted he will deal 18 damage

My GW kind-of-fun-deck using Might of oaks, Seal of strength and Skyhunter Skirmisher occasionally pulls of a turn 4 win.

Very nice suggestions. Thanks. I will definately try a G/R deck and a G/W one!

Yea dude still here in the land of Gyzoa and god awful drivers. I moved though. Went up to the Northern prefecture of Amori. Got a new job and all.

I actually decided on a final build for this deck. Here's what it looks like now:

Creatures: 24
4 Cephalid Constable
4 Slith Strider
4 Hystrodon
4 Eternal Witness
4 Sakura Tribe Elder
4 Birds of Paradise

Spells: 13
4 Giant Growth
4 Predator's Strike
3 Might of Oaks
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Windfall
1 Sylvan Library

Land: 22
4 Tropical Island
2 Reflecting Pool
9 Forest
7 Islands

I like the dilemma Slith Strider puts them in. Block and I'll draw a card with 70% chance of combat trick to kill their creature. Don't block and he just keeps getting bigger.

I've ended games by slipping in 1 trampling Cephalid Constable. Bouncing an opponent’s entire board makes them understandably upset. Sakura's are possibly the best card out of the entire Champions of Kamigawa set. They work super overtime here.

Nice deck. I'd try a slight variation with Mystic Snakes and Repulses. Bounce is good for clearing blockers. EOT bounce, swing Might GG sounds good to me.

Wash Out might be a great bounce... - why not use a utility sideboard with wishes main deck?...

I don't know..never thought about it. Good idea though.

Right now it's very much a paper tiger. I've getting trounced with this thing. Too slow.
