I have written a number of emails to Wizards of the Coast. While I'm convinced they do listen to us, I'm also convinced they generally ignore us. They're a small company growing into a large corporation and have too many department heads trying to run things at odds with each other. Just like they have communication problems with players, they have the same problems within their organization, i.e., they simply don't talk to one another. I think Jeff Donais is trying to change this now by starting to actively solicit comments from players but they obviously have a long way to go.
Just answering emails would be a good start.
