Like the theme deck, but you NEED ARREST!!!
And security detail. That way, you can win while you're opponent's laughing at you....

To be honest, you have too muc variety. You should use the 4-of-each-card rule more. You're going to be begging for some cards in some games and you'll have bad chances of getting them.

I agree, but quit reviewing anything but the wierdest rebel decks when it became clear that my concept of a rebel deck is low-end weenie-removal, with armageddon and artifact mana, My decks are completely unlike yours.

Building a deck totally around flyers is not the best deck I've ever heard, but there is nothing wrong with your opponent's creature looking up at the sky saying "D-uh".

Not friggin likely. Sorry, but removal runs rampant. And Fountain watch may be the most abusable rare that will never be playable.
