Kamahl is extremely strong in multiplayer...

Someone will wrath, and he'll turn their lands into creatures when they do... and that person then loses their lands...

at other times - he stops you from being at a disadvantage creature wise... all of a sudden you have a 4/4 blocker (if you have the mana)... or he gives you the extra umph! in an attack... Not many legends are as versatile as he...

Arcanis is blue... nuff said on my part, but for you - he's mad card advantage... then you need not worry about howling mines... or manaflares... you'll get all the cards, and mana you need...

and radiant is only as strong as the flyers around her...the more the better - but if you're group doesn't run many flyers - the spot could be better filled by another legend...

Arcanis + Mind Over Matter is just sick. I have a U/B/R/G deck based on that that wins consistently.

Yes I know, Mind Over Matter is banned for a reason...

Yeah, winning isn't everything in a multi-player game. I had a friend that had traded like a madman to get a Time Walk. He built a sick blue deck that was full of counters and fat fliers. There's nothing worse than staring down the barel of two Mahomati Djinn's and not being able to do a thing about it...the only deck I could beat it with was my Big Green deck.

Mind over Matter+Arcanis = a deck that cycles through its own library several times to kill an opponent with their choice of a tim, a fireball, or a soul burn. I don't bother with too much control.

tap, draw three...discard one, untap arcanis...tap him, draw three... lather, rinse, repeat until all thran foundries are spent, tapping and untapping tims or mana all the while.

My idea is simple. I'm not really trying to build the "best" MP deck.
I'm trying to change my direction and come up with some new
decks that pack some of the good multi-player creatures than
fill the rest of my deck with interesting and fun cards. I'd still
like to win once in awhile but that's not my primary goal.

There are some creature that seem stronger for MP and I'm
trying to come up with that list of cards. There are just so
many cards it gets confusing and I forget what some of them
do. There's probably an article on this topic just wanting for
someone like Anthony to write. Something like, the "Creature"
Hall of Fame.

...you forgot the last part of that little cycle of yours: Dodge incoming beer/soda cans and asorted snacks as the other players try to pummel you to death w/ food that is bad for you! :)

It's not everything but like Capt. Caveman said, you'd like to win once in a while :) My friend built a strong Spiritmonger deck and so far it's stomping the rest of us, so much that he's getting bored with it. Unless all three of us gang up on him in the beginning, he pretty much wins and the ganging up isn't much fun either. Part of the challenge is to see if we (or at least me, I don't know about the other two) can build a deck that can beat it AND the others but the Spiritmonger dude has to keep playing his deck enough to keep testing mine :)

I've never been a fan of "Good" MP creatures although my old 'Erractic Spikes' deck caused a lot of pause back in it's day (get it? It was a stall deck,...pause? nevermind).

I actually like non-creature decks for MP. Currently I have a Burning Wish/Powerstone Minefield deck that fetches tons of land and with a Wake and a City of Solitude in play I go get Fanning The Flames from my sideboard via B-Wish and burn everyone to death....on-at-a-time.....muawhahahahaha!

What about:

Chainer
Flametongue
Bone Shredder
Nullmage Advocate
Yavimaya Elder
False Prophet
Incarnations

.............are any of these top 10/15 material?
The False prophet, ad genesis, and glory for incarnations may be top 10-15... but not the others... Elder is more of a tempo card, and shredder and flametongue are more control...

Crater Hellion easily makes my top 5...

  ;)

It's not one of the best, but I've had a lot of fun with Stampeding Wildebeests in multiplayer, if the deck is designed around it. Spikes, Uktabis, Deranged Hermits, Wall of Blossoms, that kind of thing...

And on the topic of bouncing, Tradewind Rider is always pretty good.
