So you think BPC should compete in Legacy tournaments, given his decks and success (or failure) rate in Vintage?

Legacy. It's generally more accessible. Even though the top decks aren't as broken as Vintage decks, they're still fierce enough that if people are playing them, the metagame is rather prohibitive of budget decks. But it could be worth a shot, at least much moreso than Vintage...
