:D Yeah, but he still was one of the Pro Tour stars of the early years.

I must have missed something. What did he cheat on?

A few of his friends, early in his career, falsified tournament reports to get FNM stuff, and had Bob winning most of those tournaments. Bob knew of them, but didn't report them until several years later. He got a year off, and his friends took five. That was about 2000.

I still say that Wakefield should be in the hall, moreso now than ever.

We all know who really deserves it: Mike Long. He represents everything that I think of when I think of Pro Tour players. Use creative decks and use them to the best of your ability. You don't have to create those decks yourself. Also, he represents the usual ammount of sportsmanship I have come to expect from any sanctionned events I've been to or seen: none.

The man exemplifies everything that being a member of the MTG:pT is all about. Let us honour him for it.

He apparently has other accomplishments besides his "cheating" that causes him to be seriously considered on some ballots (well, at least two that listed their criteria of how they consider someone for the Hall of Fame).

So he might very well make it in a couple of years after the "obvious" or less controversial candidates make it...
