I don't know if I've got the heart to put this together, but how I'd like to see if it would work
The combo: Words of Waste + Urza's Blueprints or Squee/Compulsion.
Words of Waste - 2B
Enchantment (rare)
1: The next time you would draw a card this turn, each opponent discards a card from his or her hand instead.
The idea, what until your opponent passes priority after drawing a card - Put your card draw on the stack followed by an activation of the Waste.
The result: Opponent's who can only play non-counter instants, hehe.
