[Killer Joe]

Is this thing in 7th? It's a friggin' super Tim. I think this has some definite usage in the current T2 environment.
I am considering using it in a U/G control deck (non-prison). Any thought?

Pro's:
3/3 blue creature (how often does THAT happen?)
It has Flying (best ability in the game)
It's a pinger (game stalling breaker)
A reasonable casting cost in today's T2 environment: 3UU (2U you get a 3/3, which is more than reasonable for blue/for 1 generic you get Flying/for another U you get a "Tim" effect)
A great blocker and good creature control ability

Con's:
It's extremely vulnerable in today's environment
A double UU in it's casting cost (tough for 2 or more colors in a deck)
You can't ping AND attack, so mostly it's a defensive creature
There are other better choices (Air Elemental/Mahamoti Djinn/Stronghold Zepplin)
The old and new picture suck
Leaves people wondering why Tradewind Rider wasn't brought back instead of this tripe!

put it in a deck with Stinging Barrier, Samite Archer, Prodical Sorcerer, Rod of Ruin, Worship, Spiritual Asylum and Counterspells. This is just an idea.
