I love to build old deck archetypes and maybe update them a little.

4 Winter Orb

Everything else is up for suggested changes:
4 Birds Of Paradise
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Yavimaya Elder
4 Armadillo Cloak
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Seal of Cleansing
4 Wall of Roots

4 Windswept Heath
4 Savannah
7 Forest
5 Plains

Of course, I do plan on using this in multi-player games. The Winter Orb is mean spirited but it works well with the deck.

I don't remember the original list from 'back-in-the-day' but please give any helpful suggestions.

I want to play it tonight.

You need Quirion Ranger to pseudo-accelerate your mana, untap and make Maro bigger at instant speed, and pick up Forests pre-emptively before an Armageddon. I say replace 4 Llanowar Elf with 4 Quirion Ranger.

I'd advise Land Taxes too.

However you want to do it, either float 3 before the geddon, or what..but in multiplayer this guy would be scarry after a geddon.
