that last site is just the images, not the actual database.
These will definitely be ncie though, it means you can have the pictures on the cards when playtesting rather then just uglay text.

You can also try the Magic Suitcase Yahoo group, but you have to be a member of Yahoo groups and then request to join the group (not a biggie and it's all free, but you can get the files from the Homepage without jumping through any additional hoops).

while the Judgement one is kinda short as well...

But I'm not sure what you're saying... the updates seemed to be "full" ones to me (I haven't checked the Onslaught one though).
