Magic Suitcase, Interactive Encyclopedia

I've been using Magic Suitcase to keep track of my cards, and it seems pretty cool (although it does have a few bugs that irk me, and I've yet to find a database of all Prophecy cards).

I also got the Magic Interactive Encyclopedia, and I'm wondering if there is any way to export my inventory from Magic Suitcase to MIE. Has anyone fooled around with this? Magic Suitcase has several formats that it will export to, but none of them seem to be the same as ones that MIE will import.

Also, I'm curious if anyone has any comments on software that they use in relation to Magic. I also have the Duels of the Planeswalkers game, which was helpful to start learning the game but a little on the lame side. Do you have any favorites that you'd recommend, both for inventory/deck building and for playing?

If you go to the links section in the magic encyclopedia, you can find a site with the prophecy/nemesis expansion and the patch that allows you to use both expansions (and future expansions) online.
