I couldn't find the thread to put this in...But, I just joined Magic online and I am HOOKED!...I can't believe it....I want to play it all the time...My name on there is Almindhra of course, and I've been hanging out in the New Players and Casual Players Constructed rooms...What are all your member names again?...

Yes, I would like to play online too, but what's the point, when as soon as the beta testing is over, it will be too expensive too play online and in the "real world" as well.

I don't care what WotC says, they MUST know that it's going to be a one-or-the-other scenario.

Of course they do! Although theoretically the cost will be the same for the consumer, the profit margin for e-magic will be much higher - no printing costs, no shipping costs, no inventory, etc., just a server farm that pulls in $ 24/7/365.

I'm usually in 8-man drafts, Casual Drafts, and somtimes I'll be present in whatever room challanges show up in.

I'll also play constructed casually, and have been known to be in multiple person groups.

I heard the rumor that the beta will be over before the Judgment release.

There are no definite answers. Even for me, and if anyone would know, I would.

Just going from what I've seen server-side, the associated problems therein, and the cards yet to be coded, I strongly suspect that the game will go gold sometime in May or June.

To add a buddy without having to meet them, all you do is type in

/addbuddy SCREENNAME

So, next time ya'll are on, put in /addbuddy CPAlliance The Orgg

and you'll have me on your buddy list!
