First of all, it's a Pittrsbugher's God-Given-Right to mispronounce, drop off or add letters and even mutilate words, names and places
With that said, here's a couple I can remember on the fly:
Teferi = Telfaries
Tome = Tommie
Slivers = Silvers
Jitte = Gee-tee
Yawgmoth = Yawnmuth
Calling "Flashback" Buyback instead (and insisting on it!)
Lhurgoyf = Lugeeoff, Lungoff, "This green creature"
Grizzly Bear instead of Grizzly Bear

Any card with a "Fog" ability is called a "Fog" regardless of its real name
Pittsburgh = Pixburgh
Downtown = Dahntahn
You all = Yinz
Clean your room = Redd Up your room
Ohio = Ahia
Steelers = Stillers
...and such = an at i.e.
"Hey, are yinz goin' thru dahntahn to see the Stillers game an at?"
Make no mistake, we take PRIDE also in not being able to give directions using proper street names either!!!!
example - one Pittsburgher giving directions to another Pittsburgher on how to get to a local grocery store called Giant Eagle:
How do you get to Jynt Iggle?"
Welp, yinz go dahn that way and turn left at St Judes then go about 3 blocks and turn right where old St. Henry's used to be then follow that all the way till yinz get to the brewery and turn left. Jynt Iggle is right across the street from the old J & L Still Mill."
