Its my policy now not to send rejected stuff to anybody else, as CPA has gotten some of Star City's rejects (comics, and that Black Hatter). Has always made me feel like an oink doing that, so I am gonna stop doing that. For now on, rejected articles will just go to my site.

It turns out the speculative nature was its demise. Ferrett let me know that Star City doesn't use stuff that is in large part speculation of an upcoming set, as mine is.

I respect their policy, so I took it in stride, and now have another article for my site. :D
