Alright... To rate the deck as listed: Barly tuned, top heavy and pretty bad...

First, I can see it's from a very new player. THAT is OK! MY first deck was a LOT worse. It was four colors and probably eighty cards.

Second, with the limited amount of cards you have(I assume that this is all you own, so I'll only build a new deck from this list), I recommend a 40-card deck. Granted, it's not by the rules, but if this is on Magic Online, the Open format will allow 40-card decks.

Third, if you have more cards, PLEASE tell us. It'll make tuning your deck easier(probably).

Fourth, with more than two colors, colorscrew becomes a much bigger issue than with two or one colors. For that reason, I tuned the deck to two colors.

Land
9 Mountains
9 Forests

Artifacts
Rod of Ruin(Decent method of direct damage)
Pantagia Golem(expensive, but flying can help out a lot in a game)

Multicolored(Gold)
Hull Breach(good removal for enchantments and artifacts.)

Green
1 Llanowar Elf(amazing creature!)
1 Rampant Growth(Takes a land from your deck and helps you find the color you need)
1 Quirion Explorer(More mana accileration like the Llanowar, but not that good)
3 Grizzly Bears(Very basic, but they could be worse)
1 Monsterous Growth(not very good, Giant Growth is a hundred times better just because it's an instant.)
1 Spined Wurm(It's pretty big, and that somtimes can win a game on its own. Decently costed)
1 Thorn Elemental(Quite good! Easily can end a game.)

Red

1 Strafe(Pretty good removal.)
Volcanic Hammer(I think it's really good)
1 Pygmy Pyrosaur(if you use its ability multiple times after blocking is declaired, it can be really good)
1 Goblin Glider(weak, but flying isn't too awful)
2 Goblin Raiders(Not very good, but 2/2 for two isn't bad.)
1 Hill Giant/ 1 Ogre Taskmaster(fairly big, and that can help out.
2 Lava Axe(not good, but it can end a game if you damage them quite a bit early... can brake a stalemate)

UNUSED, and WHY

White Cards(taken out to give mana base stability)

Trained Orgg(while I personally like the card itself, I know that its WAY too expensive for play. for +1/+2 to the Spined Wurm, you pay (2). compare that to Holy Armor and you'll see why Trained Orgg just isn't worth playing. If you want, I'll send you a quarter for your two. you send first w/ the Orggs)

Insolence(Relying on your opponent to damage himself isn't too smart. Ineffective)

Fog(can somtimes be useful, but usually you'll want to have cards that help you win, not just that keep you from losing. Again, a favorite of mine, but I know it's stregnths and weaknesses as well)

Stone Kavu(four for a 3/3 isn't a good deal. five is a very bad deal. This is the closest to being in the deck, but I still think it's not very cost-effective. If you find yourself short of blockers, try substituting this guy for one of the Goblin Raiders.)

Any questions, please post a response.

Great advice there, theorgg. I wanted to say something similiar but couldn't exactly word it correctly.

Hey there, welcome to the boards!

theorgg gave you some good advice, you should take it to heart. Especially focusing the deck down to 2 colors. The disadvantages of doing this are that you lose some functionality R and G just don't have (like Breath of Life), but the big advantage is that you will be able to stabalize your colored mana base much quicker. Nothing is worse than sitting on 1+ specific colored card for multiple turns because you don't have the mana to cast it.

You shouldn't need to look at 3+ color decks until you
A) Get some good ways to filter out your basic lands (4 Rampant Growth, 4 Harrow, etc.)
B) You get access to many good lands that can produce 2+ colors without having to sacrifice to get that mana.
C) You have a particular combo deck in mind that requires 3 colors.

A focused 2 color deck can handle most problems (minus Red/Black which has a tough time with enchantments), so in essence there is no need to go 3 color this early in the game.

If you want to focus on Red and Green let me give you some commons (and some uncommons) that you should try to get. Card Explanations can be found here

Red
Instant direct damage instead of sorcery damage. The reason this is important is because while red burn is extremely efficient, it many times cannot take out big creatures. Having instants in the deck allow you to add damage to a big creature that you are blocking, effectively killing him. Good cards to try and get are...
Shock (common, 7th and will be in the upcoming new set Onslaught)
Incinerate (common, 5th and Mirage, will have to track these down some but they don't get better than this spell)
Flameburst (common, Odyssey, should be no problem to snag)

Green
Green does 2 things best. It Accelerates your mana, meaning it gives you access to more mana each turn than the typical rules of magic allow. And it gives you very efficient creatures, meaning you will get the most bang for your buck.

Mana fixers to get
Rampant Growth
Llanowar Elves
Diligent Farmhand (odyssey common)
Werebear (odyssey common)
Harrow (Invasion common)
Vine Trellis (Mercadian Masques common, will be in 8th ed in April)

Good creatures to get
Wild Mongrel (Odyssey common, a wrecking ball)
Druid Lyrist (odyssey common)
Yavimaya Barbarian (Planeshift common)
Gorilla Chieftain (7th common)
Spined Wurm (7th common)
Nantuko Disciple (odyssey common)
Lightning Elemental (7th common)

I recommend getting some of the new set when it comes out in October, it will have a lot of good cards (better than 7th) worth playing. I don't know how long you've been playing, but if you just started you might find it somewhat complicated, but you've get to get your feet wet sometime.

Hope this helps!

I got the advice. I also got some new cards since this last post. Like 150 new ones. I got Atogatog and I don't know if it is good. My deck has been updated a lot. I don't have enough time to put it on here.

Atog atog is not too good...

List what you have, and I'll give you suggestions as to what to do with those additions.
