OR

RackLing

?

My vote goes to Viseling, simply with waters and armegeddon and all the lock down cards are out there.

Since I useually play lmited, Rackling is better. Either your opponent limites their spell count or they take damage.

Yes. If you were to force me to add one or the other to any random deck, I would choose Rackling. But, in decks where it works, Viseling is really a lot better.
